Day Eleven

FRIDAY 23RD NOVEMBER

We got room service for breaky which was CRAP!! Expensive of coarse!

After a bit of lounging around we went to Brunswick Street for some shopping. First stop was for lunch and a beer at Little Creatures Brewery which was awesome! Coolest place. Scott was in heaven. He said he could stay there all day.

After a little while in the shops Scott was over it so we headed over to Madame Brussels. On a tram (without paying - whoops). It was all a bit confusing for us Sydney Siders. Madame Brussels is such a cute little place. I think it used to be a brothel in the olden days. It's hard to find also, so just ask around and people will direct you. We got a jug of PIMMS (well they actually don't serve it anymore so it was their version) and sat out in the sun. Pretty nice arvo if you ask me.

After this we walked back to our hotel. A bit of a walk but it was nice to see some more of Melbourne

We had a swim in the hotel pool which was pretty cool coz it's looking over the city but it's indoor so pretty stuffy.

Then we had a drink up at the 'sky bar' in the hotel. Their cocktails are yum yum yum. I got a lychee martini. Try it!!

We went out for dinner at one of the many restaurants on the Yarra, just down the road from our Hotel. I cant remember the one we went to but there are lots to choose from.
